Just my opinion, I have owned Mercedes Benz and I have had nightmare issues with my various Mercedes Models, I now own a Lexus and I will never return to Mercedes as a client, If you are seriously considering this vehicle, I would highly recommend to steer clear from Mercedes. Now if your intention is to Lease and you want to drive a Mercedes because you care more about status, then sure you can lease this car and I would recommend to be absolutely sure to purchase any additional care package. Mercedes are NOT reliable cars from my experience, After being having to stop in the garage for service, You will start to hate the car as I did. Good luck

Two things. I wish they did not have the touch black piano on the steering wheel and the door handle. Also, are they discontinuing the drilled rotors at the front with the Mercedes calipers?

I think the w206 looks less sportive now, I hope it doesn't look like a class sedan instead of e class.
The Mercedes shifter sucks Soo bad, I have a 2018 c300 and I hate the shifter, it's not responsive and feels really cheap even my friends honda has more futuristic shifting buttons then the Mercedes shifter, bottom line the shifter sucks balls

Interior design is amazing, exterior design is awful.

I find it funny that people in the comments section think this is a "poor man's S-class"... Do you guys know that there are buyers in the market who appreciate high-end tech in a compact luxury sport sedan that isn't a boat length(like S-class) and is fun to drive? I'm personally quite looking forward to this car(likely will be getting 63 AMG). I think this is the first time where there is a PERFECT marriage between right amount of sportiness and luxury without getting a boring S-class(too refined and luxurious, complete absence of any driving dynamics, too isolated) or current gen C63(too stiff, too harsh, very a few interior amenities, not luxurious) . It's not a matter of not being able to afford an S-class, anyone who thinks that is quite oblivious and ignorant to the market changes, as someone who can easily afford either car I'm quite ready sailing an old man's ship in LA at 30 years old lol

I can vouch 4 Mercedes crash safety safer than any other car unless you got a Ford raptor or an f250

It’s just the same old system with a more colorful look
