To be honest, she actually held her own.

It's very telling the modern left are terrified of those who speak only truth, reason and ideas that raise all boats.
Luckily I watched the interview of Dr. Jordan Peterson by Joe Rogan before seeing this interview by GQ. To know what he endured prior to this interview yields even more respect for his composure. I don't necessarily agree with everything he says, but I appreciate his composure and the nomenclature he provide us for the things we are observing and experiencing today in social psychology is profoundly valuable. Well done, sir!
Cant wait to not buy her book
An overview of the first 20min > She looked quite aggressive from the start, definitely nervous or intimidated. Dr Peterson comes off strong, quietly confident, and a little more assertive than usual, perhaps provoked or indicative of someone well versed in their perspective field. She aligned herself with him on several occasions, dare i say, an unconscious submissive plea for him deescalate the onslaught. It was rather brutal a little hard to watch him dismantle and debunk her narrative with little resistance, equating it as almost predatory. I do enjoy watching him work. But hey, what do i know, I'm just a dumb welder.
I can't wait not to buy any of her books!
As with most of these types of interviews, you can tell she's not trying to listen to or understand what he's saying, she's waiting to speak. She has her agenda and is simply asking... or attempting to ask the right questions so she can then get to open fire. The first few minutes of this are the best example... when he manages to dodge the minefield of male vs female by focusing on the positive messages of his book/philosophy she simply asks it flat out in a way that is unavoidable. The VERY FIRST question in fact puts him in the defensive... "what are you selling?" She changes the subject when he has her cornered and shoots off loaded questions like "would you be less angry if you weren't on Twitter" ? What a joke this "interview" is.
That is precisely how you plow through a conversation. Both parties deserve a great deal of credit for the way in which they conducted themselves, overall. Argue ideas, not other people.
Once a psychologist said "there are two types of people 1- are data driven i.e they look at the data and would have a conclusion based on the data. 2- are the opposite of the first type i.e they already have a conclusion and already made up in their mind, they only read into the data what goes with what they already decided on, the selectively choose the data that suits their agenda and ignore the others. When I look at this video I see both type of people one who says what the data says and the other only choose the data that agreed with what they want the data to say.
Can’t wait to not buy her book, delete it I dare you
can't wait to not buy this book
He remain of Alan Watts Highly intelligent
This man is an absolute savage .. I love it !!!!
4 out of 5 Lobster's think She is on Her high Sea Horse.
Can’t wait to not buy her book
It's a self fulfilling prophecy @.@
In discussing men in women dominated fields, she reports them as feeling the same exclusion. It is a very different exclusion; men are treated as predators whereas women are treated as G.I. Janes. People are taught to be weary of men and humble to women. These are very different.
1:09:28 "Ask me a question about what you think i think so i can tell you're wrong because now i can change my answer." even in her response to his answer she still confirmed it but just downplayed it a little. He tells her you probably think its a social constuct. She says nope i dont think that, but yeah i think that mostly. What a dumb host.
How is it that Gentlemen's Quarterly promotes this woman's work? She seems entirely anti-male.
If that guys not a closet serial killer I'll eat my hat!
“Tyranny isn’t good isn’t that the definition, and yet you are grateful for all the things it’s created... how does that make sense” this guy is just built different

I am looking at JP's old interviews with new insights and I kinda dont like what he says anymore.
No no one woman's is enough trouble.. hajajjajajjajajajajjajajjaajhahahhahahahha
When an idiot tries to sound smart against a genuinely informed and educated person.
That's a foolish theory 🙂🙂.
I'm queing up up not to buy her book. What a waste of braincells.
The likes on this video are FOR Peterson, and the dislikes are because of the interviewer.

She's a con artist
They are fighting against anything what family stands for, by destroying marriage through hypersexualization at young age (tv, social media, internet), of course feminism, equality etc. It's all a big lie. In the movies it seems that the hero is the one who takes revenge etc. we are not been taught of the idea of forgiveness even if we heard about it it's just far to say it's part of our character. The human nature tend to choose what is not good, that's why it's so dangerous to eliminate moral standards and replace it with tolerance which is built rather on feelings than facts. That also means that It's possible to justify almost everything because certain standards are eliminated. This evil society has given this mess a name: Freedom. That is actually very frustrating.
The funny thing is for the most part he was right about her conversation up until he put her on the spot about sharing herself. A couple of other funny things are that she a challenging and speaks to sometimes as if he wasn't well versed in the topics she brought up or hadn't herd the exact same questions before. Lastly the funny thing about her is she considers her self in opposition in most part to what he has taught. The reason why I bring this up is because, what better way to give yourself a name and boost your book? Like her example of the Pedro flag. I am surprised he didn't ask her if she has children. Lol she pointed out several times she is married. He held back from asking her questions about her husband. He seemed to me to have restrained himself from asking a lot of questions that would cause her to think. I did like when he placed hidden examples that she may have not noticed of why what she said didn't hold true. 1 interview should be enough because they always ask the same type of questions regarding same exact subjects. In attempts to catch him making a verbal mistake that may contradict he core beliefs. Lol
I think the reason I found this so interesting is because he was the character in the movie "good will hunting" during the bar scene when a confrontation of words occurred. She represented the arrogant college guy in white shirt and he represented Will.
youtube I've watched this video 7852451800 times Please stop automatically playing it yes i do like it i love petersonn but please stop
"I know my neuro-chemestry, so if you want to go that way let's do it"~ such a flex XD
He points it right out. Who raised the children the women. Who went out to war? Men, society have been sacrificing themselves for women since the start yet we complain? I am happy I am a life where I have the option to stay at home with my children and my husband goes and works. I will always be thankful for that and he is always thankful for me to stay home with kids or does she think someone should be paid to raise her kids? Most people do now a days.
I agree about Twitter! It’s super toxic!
ON BEHALF OF GQ I THANK JORDON PETERSON FOR 31 MILLION VIEWS
The idea of being on twitter causes you to be annoyed more often is construed I feel. Is that because we want to stay ignorant that there are people so dumb in the world. or is it because we are being forced to face those idiots. Regardless I will never get twitter and I am 30. No boomer by any means. lol
Feminism has destroyed the west...
Why she's got a better mic? Where's equality?
Can't wait to not buy her book🙃
What's wrong with rabbits? Why does he know what the interviewer thinks?
Fell asleep with this on. Had a dream a professor was puking down a student who didn't know what she was talking about. Interesting
Me after watching first few seconds....."oooof this will be interesting"
The overriding feeling was that she REALLY was out of her depth
Is it me or is she just a horrible person full stop
She’s not even smart enough to have a conversation with him! I’m confused 🤷♀️ if this is an interview why are we hearing her 2nd grade thoughts
Hats off to Helen Lewis for not losing her cool during this interview, she had many opportunities... Having said that, I still think JP made the best points.
Does anyone really think it’s a coincidence that she has a properly working microphone and he doesn’t?
why's Jordan only got a room microphone ?
I won't say I always agree with Peterson. But I listen to this and it seems to me that as heated as it gets sometime, Peterson and The Interviewer are trying to be agreeable, and I'm more happy to see how the conversation goes when their views wind up becoming very similar from their discussion. I guess I just don't want that to be overshadowed by this gotcha game in politics.

1:38:00 is that corona xd
Can't believe how she tap danced her way out of Jordan's estimation 1:00:09
500,000 like and 30,000 dislike should be evident that Jordan Peterson message is highly valued.
this guy is a fake
I also noticed that her mic produces a louder voice than Jordan's.
So much this women does not understand at all and just like many women she has to get her point across. She talks about not understanding history, yet she is truly the one that does not understand history. This is typical of a feminist.
can't wait to not buy her book
Everytime he asked a question she avoids it and goes into her bs doctrine.
It blows my mind that Jim Jefferies is the only person ive ever seen get Jordan to change his stance on something
He just blows her women's lib tropes away due to her lack of honest research into the truth of them. She tries to come off deeply intellectually thinking while she is actually embarrassingly shallow minded.
I cant wait to burn her book
20 minutes in and already feels a headache..
Everytime she opens her mouth
Can't wait to not buy her book
She won’t answer questions rather saying “I think that’s interesting” so either a equal blend of women and men in a institution would negate the patriarch or.... this is sad. He answers you but you avoid his questions.
Exactly why I would never vote for a woman...NO GRASP ON LOGIC...all emotional arguments.
Jordan Peterson is popular because hes a dad that alot of people need and dont have. That becomes more apparent when we see people like this women with her smug looks and understand they hate us and dont care if there wrong as long as we suffer.
She chooses to see things from her own perceptions and understand her own perception instead of gaining truth by validating their perception or devalidating the perception. Her emotion is so strong which is caused by her perception instead of understanding what is said.
That poor woman. So angry at herself. Stop hating yourself, find your purpose.

This was never meant to be an interview, it was a roast! She's been scorched.
Who even put this woman to interview Jordan? She's no good journalist and is only annoying Jordan and us viewers.

"I read about 200 books on ecology" and he still is careful with the answer he gives about climate change. Meanwhile some people spend 5 mins on google search and they are experts on everything.
You know, that interview wasn't nearly as bad a lot of people are making it out to be. I think without a doubt the most disappointing part is when she asked Peterson what is best in life he did not reply: "to crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women."
The power of vocabulary and expression. This debate really kindles my wish to one day be able to express myself as well as Mr.Peterson. Regret having grown up around 'baboons' and 'pigeons'. should have read more books and played less PS.
"Can't wait not to buy her book"
This guy is a gem he tore through every statement she could come up with, can't wait to not buy her book
"I've told you numerous times that the lobster will FIGHT AGAIN AND I WILL NOT STAND DOWN" -peterson arguing with God
You got to love this man if you watched the whole interview.
This was quite interesting, from both parties, but the commentary field shows that JP does have a problem with his crowd of followers. I'm not saying that's his fault, but oh my what a bunch of crybabies. And, probably, fan BOYS. Grow up. GQ, good job, good discussion.
Dude!!!! Start at 1.30 and listen ! Peterson is a beast!
Jordan Peterson ALLLLL DAYYYY! Mr. Peterson is so well spoken, practical, and intelligent. He is also respectful and concise. I learn so much!
Fun fact: At the start of the whole 'woman wear make up' began is to mimic the dead, which was primarily used for fashion at the start.
Great interview on both sides. Tough humans.

This is my favorite shitshow to watch whenever I’m feeling down. Like, as bad as a day as I’ve had, at least I’m not her, in this interview, getting dragged harder than any drag has ever drug. 😂🤣
She's awful and ignorant. She should be embarrassed.

She's so dumb
Out of all the interviews ive seen, this is by far the best. I share many views with JP and Helen Lewis did an incredible job sparring intelectually with him, and matching him. She stood her ground well and didnt get flusterred as he is a very tricky character to debate with. Well done Helen, great job!
Holy moley when he started blasting information about the continuity of neuro and bio-chemistry at her. My God. I usually don't watch Jordan for the sake of him "destroying" people in debates, but that is a dismantling unlike I've seen before.
