ザ・昼飯って感じのチャーハンのめっちゃいい匂いがしてるにも関わらず、意外と反応が薄いハナの鼻センサーは魚の匂い以外はあまり感知しないようです。
カワウソにとって炭水化物は不要なのでそれで良いのです。
次回は刺身定食にチャレンジしたいと思います。ゔぇー

Hello! We live in Japan with two Asian Small-Clawed Otters.
Kotaro: Male, DOB 11/10/2017
Kotaro has a scar on his tail from being bitten by another otter when he was still a baby.
Hana: Female, DOB 11/24/2018
They have been toilet trained; they use a special pad that is designed for small dogs.
Since I'm using a translation function, my sentences might come out strange.

Im surprised they havent caught on more as domesticated pets, i dont even know if its legal to have an otter here or not?, what do people do about the whole aquatic side of their lives when they're pets?,....bathtub? Imagine going to a friends house and they have an otter, i wouldnt want to leave.

ADORABLE OVERLOAD!!!!! I once worked in a state park that had a good fishing river running through it. Because it was stocked, people with fishing licenses were allowed to fish there, even though it was a park; the dedicated ones would show up verrrrrry early in the morning. One guy stopped by the Entrance Station on the way back home, and told us he'd caught 5 fish, one after the other, just after dawn. He set his line of fish down next to him and took out a thermos of coffee--when, out of the corner of his eye, he spotted the fish apparently TRYING TO HOP AWAY, back to the water! A moment later, he realized that an otter had grabbed the other end of the line, and was tugging it toward the river. Free food!
