  • Everytime the subject is racism/slavery it ends with they just need white society. You don't want to be called a nazi but you can't help but want to make those black people white like that will fix them.

  • Critical Thinking, at times Joe shows his disdain for terms across the board: Mark 1:27:34 - Abuse of the words "Spirituality" & ''Healer" - at first feeling that he's painting a broad path and possibly dissing people that are genuinely moving in the direction of positive change and the healing of humanity. Then understanding where he was with this statement - or at least my understanding of it: Terms abused, to the point of redefining to individual preference... to the point of absurd - for Example: 'The Gazer' - People pay to see him walk out on stage and gaze at them - nothing more. As they leave the event, overwhelmed with a 'spiritual healing' because he gazed at them. ( dehave.info/down/nK99n5KRjp7OmKQ/video ) - It is explained that... for a “gazer” to make eye contact is a simple way to say, “Hello. I see you. I’m here with you.” A type of physical representation of the term namaste - where the divinity in me recognizes the divinity in you. As if 'The Gazor' - whose name is Braco, a Croatian healer - has this gift of 'soul gazing', and people leave feeling healed and affirmed as individuals. Often a collective experience, and even brief eye contact is believed impactful... it's bizarre. As I look further - it reveals (to me) a disconnect in life, people have lost their connection with our creator... desperately seeking it, and some finding it, through 'The Gazer' - Braco. Idolatry in a sense... when all they need do is reconnect with their source in Christ. In the whole of life - I completely agree - we are ALL healers (or destroyers)... in everything we say, do, think and are. Still allotting relevance to genuine 'healers' of this world. Joe Rogan, & Russell Brand to name a few... psychologically reaching out to a lost humanity. There is great need in the world for connection, for all of humanity. Godspeed

  • 2:48:53 this is 100% unequivocally incorrect. This comment (and those similar) are only reinforcing the idea of helplessness and hopelessness that keeps many in these environments , in said environments. Im not trying to tell you what to do or what to think. I do watch often and for awhile and Respect you and everything you do to improve yourself and using it to open discussions, it’s something I aspire to one day be able to do myself. From what your existence I am aware I just feel their might be a message being sent that varies from your intent simply out of the unawareness.

But it catches up with everyone in the end days. Meat has been proven so many times of Slowing your immune system down while plant maintains correct levels of minerals. Did it have children ? : ( There's plenty of plant based protein available with the same texture as meat in the 21st century. We don't have to murder animals anymore ( which btw have the same right to life as we do. ) Eg. Would you eat a dog ? Does the Elk have lesser emotions than a dog ?

  • Here's a thought for where to allocate our resources as it relates to rebuilding America in a better image of itself based on my workout philosophy. I don't madly pursue working out muscles that I feel are already pretty good. I try to discover the least developed muscles and I feel like when I can work those muscles I have made the most improvement to myself as a whole with the time I have available to do it. The least productive and most in need in the nation are the homeless and we have generational poverty and homelessness running rampant. We are wasting away as a nation at the same time as being the richest nation in the history of the world. It's like that meme on skipping leg day. A complete lack of balance and misguided priorities.

    John DixonJohn DixonVor 10 Tage
  • Cheap food is cheap because they cut corners and it's just another way that being poor is punished. Crappy food kills you. Good food in the right proportions heals you. We need to prioritize providing the world with good food. I agree with Russell in that we need to rethink power structures and de-prioritize maintenance of existing power structures. Capitalism's first priority is (like all power structures) keeping the power it has and expanding that power.

Both open minded and at the same time very decided in their opinions. I think there is a huge amount of overlap in the very real way both of these guys see the world. • 2:53 minutes in, and my thought is, why does that have to be done by government. If there are people passionate about doing that and helping those communities, there is absolutely nothing stopping them from just doing it and helping people. It does not have to be government regulated and coded and imposed on humanity. It should be people with good hearts just fucking rising up and doing it ourselves. We need to stop relying on government to do everything for us and just be humans to each other. The limitations don't come from the system we live in, they come from the way we think, which is in some ways a product of the system we live in, however free will exists and we do have the power and ability to change our minds. Not everyone lives in a middle class lifestyle because not everyone has the character and habits necessary to maintain a middle class lifestyle. If you just pluck someone out of the ghetto and plant them in a middle class lifestyle with no process of them learning and growing as humans, they will turn the middle class life back into the ghetto because it's what they know and the level of their consciousness. That individual must choose to change the way they think internally in order to maintain a change like that externally. A system is nothing but the combined consciousness of a bunch of individuals. There is no changing a system without changing individuals.

  • 2:13:16 The reason we are all trapped on the hedonic treadmill is very much because of a man called Edward Bernays. He was the nephew of Sigmund Freud and was hugely instrumental in creating the modern consumer culture we live in. As he said in his book Propaganda “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. ...We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized. Vast numbers of human beings must cooperate in this manner if they are to live together as a smoothly functioning society. ...In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons...who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.” Adam Curtis provides an amazing summary of this here - m.dehave.info/down/dqOAnsiRiWWulGk/video They key IMO is awareness of what world we live in and understanding of how great it could be. To make that happen we need humanity to individually undertake a process of self-transcendence and I think DMT is a part of that process. Maslow identified that transcendental purpose was the ultimate expression for a human in his hierarchy of needs in the last version he created. The answers are all there. We need to be asking better questions.
